Our products:

All the pump clips that we use for our clocks are part of our own personal ongoing collection. Many of them are brand new, many others have been used in pubs and may therefore have very minor marks, especially at the back. We only sell clocks made with either brand new or in very good condition pump clips, however if you feel that a possible minor imperfection on your chosen pump clip is an issue, please contact us BEFORE making your purchase and we will email you an enlarged picture of it if the pump clip is in used conditions. You can rest assured that we only use brand new clock parts.

Shipping and Delivery:

The clocks are all made to order and we aim to despatch within 3 working days by Royal Mail First Class to UK buyers or Royal Mail Airmail to international buyers. You would normally receive your parcel within 1-2 working days from posting if you are in the UK and within 3 weeks if everywhere else. 

As we are sure you are aware, delays can unfortunately happen with postal services which are beyond our control, especially during busy periods (i.e. Christmas), in the event of force majeur (bad weather, strikes, etc) or if they are stopped at Customs (this only applies for non EU shipments)

In the unlikely event that your order has not been received by the 15th working day from date of posting if you are in the UK and by the 40th working day if you are outside of the UK, and you have already ensured that the parcel has not been left with a neighbour, please contact us and we will offer you the choice of either:
- A Full Refund
- The exact replacement, at no extra cost to you, if we have another pump clip(s) available as the one(s) you have originally ordered
- A replacement, at no extra cost to you, with any another pump clip clock(s) of your choice

Please note that should Royal Mail or your own country's postal service attempt to deliver your order but are unable to do so as nobody is available to accept the delivery, they will usually leave a card that you will need to take to your local Collection Office in order to collect your parcel. If you fail to do so, they will return the parcel to us and we will charge you postage for re-sending it back to you. Should you no longer require the clock, we will refund the cost of the clock but not the cost of shipping.


Under the "Consumer Contracts Regulations" of April 2014, buyers have the right to return their purchase within 14 working days of receipt of an item. Return postage is at the buyer's cost, unless an item is faulty. The buyer must inform us by email that it is their intention to return the clock(s). Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the received condition, together with the enclosed free stand(s) and battery(ies), and the buyer must obtain and retain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. You will need your proof of purchase to put in a claim with Royal Mail.

All clocks are fully tested before despatch, and they are carefully packaged so that you will receive them in full working order. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you must contact us within 3 days. You must then send the item back to us, once received we will give you a full refund plus we will refund the cost of postage that you have incurred when sending the item back to us.

Privacy Policy:

We take your Privacy very seriously and we fully comply with the Data Protection Laws applicable to the UK. All of the information you supply, when placing an order, is stored on a secure server and we will not pass it to third parties. We only collect information from you in order to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

Your statutory UK customer rights are not affected.
